We want your return or exchange to be as simple and stress-free as possible! 💛

Extended Holiday Return Window:

To make your holidays a little easier, we’ve extended our return window. Eligible orders placed between October 15 and December 24, 2026, can be returned or exchanged through January 15, 2027.

Items need to be unworn and unwashed, with tags still on. Underwear, nursing pads, and final sale items can’t be returned.

How to Start:
Visit our Returns Page and enter your order number (KB#) and purchase email. From there, you can:

• Exchange for a different size or color of the same item (if available).
• Return for store credit (a great way to save on your next order) or a refund to your original payment method.
• You can also choose “Shop Now” to instantly apply your credit toward a new purchase during the return process.

Checkout+ vs. Standard Returns:

With Checkout+: Free returns and unlimited exchanges until you find your perfect fit. No label fees, ever.

Without Checkout+: Two free “even exchanges” per order (same item, different size, color, or variant). For additional exchanges or returns, a $9.95 label fee applies.

Even Exchange: An 'even exchange' happens when you return an item and exchange it for a different size, color, or variant of the same product—without any price difference.

Return Label:

• Return labels are automatically generated through our portal. The system selects the most convenient and cost-effective carrier based on your location.
• We work with all major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL), so you’ll only receive a label for a nearby drop-off option.
• Depending on the carrier and service selected, your return may include a downloadable prepaid label and/or a QR code. If a QR code is provided, simply present it at the designated carrier location.
• For added convenience, FedEx Easy Returns are also available, with access to over 3,000 drop-off locations nationwide.

Exclusions:

The following exclusions to the above policy may apply:

• Final Sale items are ineligible for return or exchange. 
• Underwear, nursing pads, and gel pack inserts are considered Final Sale and are ineligible for return. 
• Gift card purchases are also considered to be Final Sale.
• Shipping charges are not eligible for refunds for returned items/orders.
