To start your free return or exchange of an unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item with tags attached, please visit our Returns Page within 60 days of purchase.
For a different size and/or color of the same item, select “Exchange” when prompted by the system. For a refund, store credit, or to apply an immediate credit toward the purchase of something different in our store (called Shop Now), select "Return" when prompted by the system and follow the instructions provided. Please note the system can only process one exchange per transaction chain for each item. If you’d like to exchange but don’t see the option to do so, you can still complete your request as a regular return.

The following exclusions may apply:
Final Sale items are ineligible for return or exchange. Underwear, nursing pads, and gel pack inserts are considered Final Sale and are ineligible for return. Gift card purchases are also considered to be Final Sale.

Final Sale: Exchange Only (no returns). These items are ineligible for return or refund but may be exchanged for a different size or color of the same style while supplies last.
