To start your hassle-free return or exchange of an unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item with tags attached, please visit our Returns Page within 30 days of purchase.
For a different size and/or color of the same item, select “Exchange” when prompted by the system. For a refund, store credit, or to apply an immediate credit toward the purchase of something different in our store (called Shop Now), select "Return" when prompted by the system and follow the instructions provided. Please note the system can only process one exchange per transaction chain for each item. If you’d like to exchange but don’t see the option to do so, you can still complete your request as a regular return (be sure to use your order number that begins with EXC- if you need to return an exchange order!).
Returns and exchanges are FREE when you use drop-off locations with Happy Returns - no box or packaging required! Just complete your return request and drop off your unworn/unwashed item(s) in the original packaging at any one of Happy Returns' returns bar locations. Alternatively, you can select Box & Ship and use a QR code or shipping label to return your items at a US Postal Service location.
Note: a handling fee may apply to any returns sent via USPS.
The following exclusions to the above policy may apply:
Final Sale items are ineligible for return or exchange. Underwear, nursing pads, and gel pack inserts are considered Final Sale and are ineligible for return. Gift card purchases are also considered to be Final Sale.
Final Sale: Exchange Only (no returns). These items are ineligible for return or refund but may be exchanged for a different size or color of the same style while supplies last.
