Return labels/QR codes have a validity window of 28 days after you submit your return request. Please note that the system will automatically cancel any return or exchange requests (excluding Instant Exchange) after the 28-day window has expired. If your return request has expired, you can navigate to our Returns Page to initiate a new request and receive a new label/QR code.
