Please check your confirmation email to verify what you ordered. If the item you received is not on your order confirmation, visit our returns page to initiate a return or exchange. When the system prompts you to select the reason for return, choose "Received an Incorrect Item". The system will prompt you to upload at least one photo that contains a clear view of the item, the label on the bag, and any other relevant product tags.
