We have a dedicated returns team that processes all return items by hand to ensure the correct items were sent back and to confirm the items are in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with tags attached. This process can take up to 10-15 business days after the return is delivered to our warehouse. Please note that holidays, weather events, etc., will impact the turnaround time.
