We have a dedicated returns team that processes all return items by hand to ensure the correct items were sent back and to confirm the items are in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with tags attached. Once the return arrives at our warehouse, it is typically processed within 10-15 business days. Please note that holidays, weather events, etc., will impact the shipment and processing time. Refunds will be processed upon approval, and may take an additional 7-10 business days for your financial institution to deposit.
