**To make your holidays a little easier, we’ve temporarily extended our return/exchange window. Orders placed from 10/15/2025 through 12/24/2025 can be returned or exchanged through 1/15/2026. (Final sale policy still applies.)**
We are happy to offer gift returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for any Kindred Bravely items that are in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with tags attached. To return a gift, select “Returning a gift?” near the bottom of the Returns Page.

To look up your order in our system, enter the order number that begins with "KB" and the email address used to place the order. The system will then prompt you to enter your contact information for the label and future correspondence regarding the return. The original purchaser will not be notified.

Please note that Gift Cards, items purchased as Final Sale or received for free are ineligible for return or exchange. For hygiene reasons, underwear and nursing pads are ineligible for return or exchange.
This policy only applies to items purchased on our website. For any items purchased from other retailers or websites, including Target and Amazon, contact the original retailer directly for assistance.
