Gifts purchased on the Kindred Bravely website in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition with tags attached are eligible for return within 60 days of purchase. To return a gift, select “Start a gift return” near the bottom of the Returns Page. Use the Kindred Bravely order number, your email address, and the order’s delivery zip code to start the return. For assistance locating the order information, please reach out to us.

Gift cards, items purchased as Final Sale or received for free are ineligible for return or exchange. For hygiene reasons, underwear and nursing pads are ineligible for return or exchange.

For items purchased from other retailers or websites, including Amazon, contact the retailer directly.
