Accidents happen! Checkout+ gives you unlimited free returns and exchanges on your order, making it easy to find your perfect fit. If you’d prefer not to include Checkout+, we’d be happy to remove it and issue a refund for that add-on.

Without Checkout+, you’ll still have return and exchange options available:

• Returns: You can purchase a $6.95 label through our Returns Portal (each order requires its own label).

• Exchanges: You’ll receive two free even exchanges (same item, different size) within 30 days of delivery. After that, or if you’d like to exchange for a different style or color, simply purchase another $6.95 label.

Checkout+ just makes the process completely free and unlimited—but the choice is always yours.
