Can I exchange an item I purchased for something else?Updated 2 months ago

For Kindred Bravely items purchased on our website, we offer direct exchanges for a different size or color of the same product! If you'd prefer a different style (or a different item altogether!), you can apply your refund immediately toward the purchase of a different item in our store by selecting "Shop Now with $X".

If you don't use all of your Shop Now credit or don't find anything that catches your eye, all remaining funds will be processed back to the original form(s) of payment.
Please note: discount codes cannot be applied to exchange orders or Shop Now orders. Not all exchange transactions are eligible for Shop Now and/or Instant Exchange.

Please note the system can only process one exchange per transaction chain for each item. If you’d like to exchange but don’t see the option to do so, you can still complete your request as a regular return (be sure to use your order number that begins with EXC- if you need to return an exchange order!).
