You have the option to include a gift message at checkout. Orders without a gift message are sent without a packing slip to minimize waste. When a gift message is added, the items are listed on the packing slip without prices. If the gift recipient needs to make a return, they can initiate the process by selecting "Start a gift return" on our Returns Page.
